Welcome to Sandhurst Town MuseumSandhurst Museum was founded in 1991 by a group of town councillors. The aim being to safeguard and expand the small collection of items then held by the Council, into a museum archive of Sandhurst.In 1992 a Museum Committee was formed of councillors and other interested residents. Over the years the collection has evolved to several thousand individual items, including photographs, maps, books, documents and artifacts.

'Recent Acquisitions' Showcase and Exhibition. Thursday 8th September 2011, 11.00am to 6.30pm.The Museum will be holding an exhibition in the Kitty Dancy Room at the Community Hall on Thursday 8th September 2011 from 11.00am until 6.30pm. Entitled 'Recent Acquisitions', this is an opportunity to view items received over recent years and which have not yet been on public view. This exhibition is in support of the Bracknell Forest Heritage Open Days which are taking place between Thursday 8th September and Sunday 11th September 2011. Please note that owing to Hall commitments this exhibition is for one day only, although a partial display from the Sandhurst Town Museum is always available in the Kitty Dancy Room.
